The one thing that matters: use the same email

Your account is matched by email. If you sign in with the same email address your YJP membership is under, everything transitions automatically— your tier, your join date, and your past events are already waiting for you. There’s no form to fill out and nothing to re-enter.

How to transition

1. 1Go to the sign-in page and enter the email YJP has on file for you.
2. 2Open the email we send and tap the magic link. No password needed — the link signs you in.
3. 3You’ll land in your account with your membership and history already there. Take a moment to check your name, phone, and preferences in your profile.
4. 4Book your next event. At checkout for the White Party your 10% transition discount applies automatically.

Which one are you?

• You’re a current YJP member

  Sign in with your YJP email and you’re done — your tier and history transfer automatically. We move your billing to the new system and turn off the old charge, so you’re never billed twice.

• You’ve been to events but never became a member

  Sign in with the email you used to RSVP before — your past bookings come with you. When you check out for an event, we’ll show you how a membership could make that ticket free.

• You’re brand new to YJP

  Welcome. Just find an event and RSVP — your account is created as you go. The easiest first step is a Shabbat dinner at the guest price.

Troubleshooting

• I signed in but I don't see my membership or past events.

  The most common cause is signing in with a different email than the one YJP has on file. Sign out and try the email where you normally get YJP messages. Still missing? hello@yjpmiami.com and we’ll link it for you.

• The magic link didn't arrive.

  Check spam, then wait a minute and request it again from /login. Links expire after a short time, so use the most recent one.

• My spouse and I shared one email on the old site.

  Couples sometimes shared a single login before. Each person can have their own account now — email hello@yjpmiami.com and we’ll get you both set up correctly.

• Will I be charged twice?

  No. We move your billing over carefully and turn off the old charge — you’ll never be billed on both systems at once. If anything looks off on a statement, tell us and we’ll fix it the same day.
